The 9th arrondissement is the district with the most hotels in Paris due to its central and popular location. Since there are a lot of hotels here, it is very important to choose the best ones to avoid falling into tourist traps.
My recommendation for location: Look for hotels close to the Opera (note that not every hotel that calls itself “Opera” is actually close to it). Another option is the lively Grands Boulevards, or the “South of Pigalle” (SoPi) area close to Montmartre and the culinary street Rue des Martyrs.
🏆 Francophile's Top Choices (AM;LC)
House Souquet
A once-in-a-lifetime experience. A luxury hotel in a building that was once a luxurious brothel. Historic design, an amazing cocktail bar and an intimate atmosphere.
Chouchou Hotel
The choice for the young and the young at heart. Chic design, lively atmosphere, great bar and central location near the opera.
Hotel 34B – Astotel
The affordable choice. A 3-star hotel that feels more, very family friendly with a snack bar and free drinks in the lobby.
If you choose to stay in the northern part of the district (near Pigalle/Montmartre), take advantage of the proximity to the street. Martyrs StreetThis is one of the most charming and culinary streets in Paris, full of bakeries, delicatessens and cafes, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Glad to hear 🙂
Is Hotel Le Ballu in the 9th arrondissement recommended?
If it doesn't appear here then unfortunately I have no idea if it's good or not.
