Personally, I really like the first arrondissement of Paris, both because I lived there when I visited Paris as a child and because of its centrality, which is reflected in its proximity to attractions such as the Louvre or the Tuileries Gardens, and also because of its proximity to the Seine, which makes it easy to cross to the Left Bank. So if you decide to take my advice and live in this arrondissement, you can find great hotels below in a variety of prices.

Questions I'm always asked
Are hotels in District 1 expensive?
Yes, the first arrondissement is considered one of the most prestigious and expensive in Paris. However, you can also find 2-3 star hotels at more reasonable prices, as shown in the list above.
Is District 1 suitable for families?
Absolutely. The proximity to the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre allows for easy access to attractions. Note that hotel rooms in Paris are often small, so it's a good idea to check for family rooms.
