If you dream of seeing the First Lady of Paris from your bedroom window without paying the astronomical prices of the 7th arrondissement, the 15th arrondissement is the place for you.
Beyond the Eiffel Tower, you will find the modern Beaugrenelle shopping mall, the Granel Market Excellent under the overhead metro lines, and the beautiful André Citroën Park. It is a safe, pleasant and very family-friendly neighborhood.

As close to the Eiffel as possible! A luxurious and modern 4-star hotel. Expensive, but the view is worth every euro.
A young and cool concept hotel with rooms for families and groups, video games and a fun atmosphere.
Looking for a hotel with a pool? This is the place! A real treat a little far from the center, near the exhibition center.
If you live in the western part of the district (near the Eiffel Tower), stop by to visit...Swan Island (Swan Island). This is a long, narrow artificial island in the middle of the Seine, a perfect place for a morning run or a quiet walk with views of the Eiffel Tower and the miniature Statue of Liberty.
Four-star hotels
Pullman Tour Eiffel
- Three minutes walk from the tower
- Balcony in most rooms
- Very large conference hotel
Four hundred and thirty rooms on Avenue de Suffren, a three-minute walk from the Tower and a minute from the Champ de Mars. Most rooms have a balcony and some have direct views of the Tower. The Frame restaurant has an open kitchen, wine bar and terrace, the gym is open 24 hours a day, and breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 also includes Asian, vegetarian and gluten-free options. There is also a car park underneath the hotel. Note that this is a large conference hotel, not a boutique, and that the rooms with a view of the Tower are significantly more expensive. I recommend paying for them anyway for a short stay, as that is what it is all about.
Mercure Centre Eiffel
- Gym with a view of the tower

- The regular rooms have no view.
Four hundred and five soundproofed rooms on Rue Jean Rey, about two hundred meters from the tower. There is a garden with a terrace where the hotel bistro sits, and the gym overlooks the tower itself. The Privilege rooms on the upper floors are the ones with the view, and breakfast is buffet style from 6:30 to 10:30. Bir-Hakeim station on line 6 is about three hundred and eighty meters away, and the RER C station is even closer. Note that the standard rooms face the garden or the street, not the tower. I recommend asking for a high floor, as the difference in view is dramatic.
Le Parisis

Forty-five rooms on Boulevard de Grenelle, opposite the overhead metro lines and close to the Grenelle market. The bar on the entrance floor is covered with a glass roof with a wall of greenery and is also open to non-guests. The classic rooms are 18 meters, air-conditioned and soundproofed, with a Nespresso machine and kettle, and there is also private parking for about 35 euros per day. La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle station with lines 6, 8 and 10 is a two-minute walk. Note that in some rooms the shower is open without a full partition. I recommend asking for a room facing the courtyard, as the boulevard is also lively in the evening.
Novotel Montparnasse

One hundred and ninety-nine rooms on Rue du Cotentin, a ten-minute walk from the train station. Montparnasse and four hundred meters from Pasteur and Montparnasse-Bienneau metro stations. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar with a shaded terrace, a gym and a shared work space, and a video game corner for children. Children sleep and eat for free here, and the Executive rooms come with free drinks and a Nespresso machine. Be aware that this is a train station hotel, so rooms facing the tracks absorb noise, and it's three kilometers to the Eiffel Tower. I recommend it for families continuing by train to the Loire Valley or Brittany.
Oceania Porte De Versailles

Two hundred and fifty rooms on Rue d'Oradour-sur-Glane, around a Mediterranean garden full of palm trees, in the center of which sits the Le Patio restaurant. The wellness wing has a heated indoor pool with counter-current, a hammam, a jacuzzi, and massage rooms. There are connecting rooms for families of up to four and suites with a private balcony overlooking the garden, and parking for about thirty euros per night. Note that this is the southwestern tip of Paris, adjacent to the exhibition center, and that during the exhibition period prices jump. I recommend checking on weekends, because then the hotel empties out and the prices are affordable.

One hundred and forty-nine rooms on Rue du Colonel Pierre Avia, designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte. The idea here is that there is no lobby, no bar and no separate breakfast room: there is one space called the Club, open 24 hours a day with snacks, drinks, an open fridge, a work area and a library. Between 6:30 and 9:30 in the evening, a free aperitif with local products is served there, and the sauna and gym are included in the price. Note that this is already the southwestern edge of the city, near the Périphérique. I recommend it to anyone coming to a conference or exhibition, because everything is included and there are no surprises in the bill.
Three-star hotels
Hotel Paris Vaugirard

- The elevator is very small.
Eighty-three rooms and four suites on Rue de Vaugirard, fifty meters from Porte de Versailles station on line 12 and the main entrance to the exhibition center. The rooms are soundproofed and face the courtyard or the street, and breakfast is buffet style from 7 to 10:30. My favorite detail here is the wine and beer machine in the lobby that pours into glasses with the Eiffel Tower embossed on them. Note that the elevator is very small and holds about two people with luggage. I recommend it for those coming to the agricultural show or the car show, as it is difficult to sleep closer.
Hotel Tourism Avenue
- Eighteen rooms for three and four people
- Three metro lines under the house
- Breakfast is charged separately.
Fifty-five rooms on Avenue de la Motte-Picquet, of which eighteen are triple or quadruple rooms, making it one of the best options in the area for families. The lobby has a marble floor and a decorative fireplace, the staircase has stained glass windows, and the rooms have solid oak parquet. The bar is open from eight in the morning to midnight and room service comes from a neighborhood restaurant between twelve and ten in the evening. La Motte Picquet Grenelle station with three lines is ninety meters away. Note that the hotel does not have its own restaurant and that breakfast is charged separately. I recommend that families take the quadruple room rather than two separate rooms.
Ibis Styles Cambronne

About fifty rooms on Avenue Grenelle, right between Cambronne station on line 6 and Le Motte Picquet Grenelle station. Breakfast is included in the room price, which is not taken for granted in Paris: a cold buffet with pastries, baguettes, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice, and on nice days you can eat it on the patio. The backs of the beds are designed like lace in the shape of the Eiffel Tower, and the rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed. Note that the standard rooms are about twelve meters and that the showers are narrow. I recommend it for a couple for three nights who want to know in advance how much the breakfast will cost.
YOOMA Urban Lodge

One hundred and six rooms on the Quai de Grenelle, in a hotel designed in collaboration with artist Daniel Buren. Rooms sleep between two and six people, some built around sleeping pods designed by Ora Ito. There’s a rooftop vegetable garden from which some of the restaurant’s ingredients come, and you can also take part in a cooking workshop. The lobby has free arcade games and a pool table, and each floor has a bathroom with a baby bath and changing pad. Note that the rooms are functional and compact, not romantic. I recommend it for families with small children, as the changing pad on each floor saves a lot.
