New in 2026: World of Frozen
I have to admit my heart skipped a beat when I first heard about it. Starting in the spring of 2026, inside the regenerating park Disney Adventure World, you can physically enter the kingdom of Arendelle. It’s not just another area – it’s an accurate and magical recreation with the towering northern mountain, Elsa’s palace, and the unique Nordic atmosphere.
The main attraction here is Frozen Ever After – A relaxing and magical musical cruise that takes you on a journey to Elsa’s ice palace (get your throats ready to sing Let It Go!). In addition, there is a meeting area with Anna and Elsa inside the royal castle.
Marvel Avengers Campus
If you have superhero fans at home, you simply can't miss this area of Disney Adventure World. There are two must-see attractions here:
- Avengers Assemble: Flight Force – A super-fast roller coaster in the dark (launch from 0 to 96 km/h in less than 3 seconds!). Iron Man and Captain Marvel will accompany you on a mission to save the world.
- Spider-Man Web Adventure – An ingenious interactive installation for the whole family where you shoot spider webs using only hand movements to help Spider-Man catch robots that have gone mad. Your hands will be a little sore afterwards, but it's worth every moment.
Alice's Curious Labyrinth
Alice in Wonderland Maze is a long-standing attraction at Disneyland Paris, based on the 1951 Disney film. It is a huge maze, and the goal is to eventually reach the Red Queen's castle, where you can enjoy a charming view of the Fantasyland section of the park. The maze's path resembles the body of the Cheshire Cat from the fairy tale.
In the first part, you enter the rabbit hole and come to all sorts of strange and interesting areas, including some with doors that can only be opened by children, and lots of misleading signs that will try to confuse you. The maze also has lovely fountains and lots of color and joy. The second part of the maze is a bit more challenging, and is actually the Red Queen’s maze. While traveling through this area, the queen and her soldiers pop up from time to time, with the queen occasionally yelling “cut their heads off,” just like in the book.
Near the maze, you can also join the famous tea party from the book, with the rabbit and the Mad Hatter.
Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain
A roller coaster that runs both indoors and outdoors, it was previously known as “Space Mountain.” In 2017, it was redesigned around “Star Wars.” You enter the facility through a long, dark hallway with images of X-Wings and other Star Wars battleships. A video will brief you on the mission, and then you’ll be seated in a train shaped like a rocket, before being launched into space.

The Dragon's Lair
Dragons never go out of style, and they are part of many fantasies and adventures. In the Dragon's Lair, located in Sleeping Beauty's castle, you walk, see and hear a wonderful, dark and mesmerizing world of fairy tales and creatures from another world. The dragon itself is 27 meters in size, and is an animatronic. Most of the time it sleeps, but occasionally it wakes up and blows smoke. Some say it is actually Maleficent, who used to take the form of a dragon sometimes, but the park staff refers to the dragon as a male.
It's a Small World – It's a Small World
Many report that the song from this attraction can get stuck in your head for days after your visit, so keep that in mind. This is a classic Disney ride, colorful and fun, featuring 176 puppets from around the world, including puppets from the Middle East. Every 15 minutes there is a puppet parade and a changing of the guard at the clock tower in “It’s a Small World.”
The wait times for the ride are usually not long, and it is recommended to try it in the morning, because it will completely put you in the “Disney” mood. You can definitely take the ride several times, because it has a wealth of fun details and you always discover new things.
Big Thunder Mountain
A mile-long roller coaster, with trains reaching speeds of 50 miles per hour (although in the dark tunnels you may feel like you’re going faster). On “Thunder Mountain,” you travel at breakneck speed through a mountainous landscape inspired by the Wild West and metal mines. Even the trains are painted to look old and rusty. It’s a dizzying ride through obstacles like a water tunnel, caves, bats, and explosions. Without a doubt, an exciting and adrenaline-filled experience.
Pirates of the Caribbean – Pirates of the Caribbean
A great opportunity to join Captain Jack Sparrow on a fun and wild journey, fight Captain Barbossa and encounter strange things like zombies. The facility is located in the fort at the back of the park. It is a dark ride, so take that into account if you have relatively young children. Henry Ravenswood, the owner of the spooky mansion, was the one who founded the mining company you ride the roller coaster for!
