Boulangerie, patisserie and chocolatier

Boulangerie, patisserie, and chocolatier are the holy trinity of all sweet tooth lovers who travel to the City of Lights.

In the many boulangerie scattered throughout Paris, you will find the famous French breads, including of course the baguette (and let's not forget, of course, Foulin's ingenious black bread, which in my opinion is pure genius). The multitude of French breads are joined by the famous pastries, most notably the croissant, the "pan au chocolat" and the "chocson de pomme".

At the patisserie you will find the famous French cakes, including the mille-feuille, the baba, and of course the eclair. In general, the patisserie has long been not just a place for cakes, but a place where culinary fashion is created every season.

And of course, the patisserie is joined by the final leg of this culinary triangle – the chocolatier. That's where the most delicious chocolates you've ever eaten are made, which even put those made in Belgium and Switzerland in your pocket.

In this section of the site you will find information and articles about each of these shops so that if you are planning a sweet trip to Paris you will know where to look. And of course, if you have found a great boulangerie, patisserie or chocolatier in Paris that I haven't written about yet, you are welcome to contact me and write about them on my site.
