I highly recommend Udi's guest apartment in the 16th arrondissement, Nicolo Street. We stayed there for ten days and really enjoyed the apartment and the location. The charming Udi was at our service and quickly answered any questions.

This is a spacious two-room apartment, 75 square meters, on the ground floor but protected (don’t forget to close the blinds when you go out), bright and quiet. It is decorated in shades of gray and tastefully decorated, with decorative objects, a famous photo of a wedding banquet in Normandy and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is large and well-equipped and delicious chocolates awaited us there. The shower is for the convenience of bathers and is equipped with soaps and shampoo. The king-size double bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There are also two sofa beds. We used them only for rest.

The apartment is located at the metro stations rue de la Pompe or la Muette. The first station is closer. Also many bus lines pass around, 140, 158, 52, 63, 82The Marmottan Monet Museum and the Ranelagh Garden leading to it are a pleasant fifteen-minute walk away. Trocadero Square is within walking distance. Louis Vuitton Museum It is half an hour away on foot, but can also be reached by shuttle from the Arc de Triomphe. You can walk to the Balzac House and from there cut down to the Swan Island. Rue de la Fontaine is full of famous Art Nouveau and Art Deco facades, but spectacular facades can be discovered everywhere in the area.
Passi Mall And its market are recommended. Check prices in the market. Sometimes expensive and not worth it, sometimes expensive and definitely worth it. In the mall we found a few stores to our liking. Take a leisurely stroll down Rue de l'Annonciation, a spectacular, bustling commercial street with interesting shops and hidden corners, like the boutique of the renowned designer Sarah Poniatowski, behind which is another clothing store hidden. Enter the church on the street after which it is named.
There are two supermarkets near the apartment, Lider Price and Casino, both good. There are also bread and cake shops, options for buying ready-made food and many restaurants. It was nice to sit at a table equipped with benches and eat roasted chicken and ready-made potatoes that we bought at the “Kos” butcher shop near the apartment. We ate the excellent cakes of the “Pompadour” bakery, a few steps after “Kos”, one of the oldest in the city.
We may book this apartment again on our next stay in Paris, especially since it now has an additional bedroom. When we stayed in the apartment, the room was locked but has now been opened for the use of tenants. The apartment has a large kitchen, a living room, the end of which is used as a dining room, and the end of which is used as a bedroom, near the bathroom. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, so the apartment is now suitable for three or even four people.
Addresses of restaurants and shops we tried:
Boucherie Cosse – Excellent meats and tender side dishes to take home, if you're not interested in a restaurant.
Boulangerie Pompadour – Excellent cakes, much better, in my opinion, than the ones I bought in Passy.
Ciro – A neighborhood Italian restaurant, five minutes from the apartment. Insanely delicious and the portions are huge. You can ask to take it home in a carton. I couldn’t finish it.
Chez Nelly – Excellent Thai at the cheap Basil. People in the neighborhood take it home or to eat at work. There is usually a long line, the owners, a very nice couple, cook themselves and have already earned a well-deserved reputation. We ate there even though the place is tiny because the guest apartment is too far away to bring food home. As a walking tour to La Fontaine Street and a lunch break at Nelly’s – excellent.
Uniqlo – A stunning clothing store where even the pickiest spouse found a few pairs of pants to his taste and size. This is a multinational corporation that was born in Hiroshima, Japan, and has since developed a concept of high-quality, simple but carefully designed everyday clothing. Behind the chain of stores is a philosophy that you will feel better if you are dressed in clothes that fit you. I will mention the heartfelt professionalism of the sellers and the fast repair service, from one day to the next.
Boutique Maison Sarah Lavoine – More than just a design boutique, Sarah Labon (Poniatowski) presents a huge loft, located in the village of Passy, in one of the oldest locksmith shops in the 16th arrondissement. The international interior designer has transformed the place into a real gem, an open space of almost 140 square meters. The concept store, characterized by an industrial style (bricks and a large glass roof), will give you an interesting and enjoyable visit also from an architectural point of view, not to mention the collections and the atmosphere.
Wander around the store as if you were at home, a living space will unfold before you: a bedroom, a living room, a dressing room. A pastry shop and a special jewelry corner complete the warm atmosphere.

The entrance to Sarah Labon's boutique at 25 rue de l'Annonciation
