The 7th District is considered one of the most prestigious and safest districts inParisIt is home to some of the city's biggest icons: Eiffel Tower, Palais des Invalides וRodin Museum.
Beyond the attractions, this is a quiet, high-quality residential district, with the famous Market Street. Rue Cler (a culinary paradise) and close to the Seine River. Apartments here are often more spacious and offer an aristocratic Parisian experience.

Residence Charles Floquet
The Parisian dream. Huge historic apartment (up to 6 people) right under the Eiffel Tower. Luxury and an unparalleled location.
Rayz Eiffel
A modern and highly recommended apartment hotel. Air-conditioned rooms, a roof terrace and full amenities. Great for couples.
Bellechasse Apartments
Feel like a local. Apartment in a quiet and cultural neighborhood near Orsay MuseumPleasant and bright design.
If you live in the 7th arrondissement, don't miss out on shopping at Cheeses, wine and pastries on the street Rue ClerThis is one of the most “delicious” streets in Paris, and you can put together a perfect dinner for the apartment there.
Apartments for up to 3 people

Rayz Eiffel
- Private rooftop with 360-degree panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower
- Adjacent to Keller Street, the district's pedestrian market street
- The studios are small, 16 to 20 square meters.
An aparthotel at 77 Avenue Bosquet, in a Haussmannian building, with seven studios spread over six floors plus a duplex that sleeps four. Each unit has a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. What really sells the place is the private rooftop: a 360-degree panoramic view ofEiffel Tower And to the rooftops of Paris, where you can have breakfast. Rue Cler, the only pedestrian street in the district with cheese shops, bakeries and oyster bars, is just around the corner. Note that the units are really small: 16 to 20 square meters. Breakfast is also an extra 13 euros, and the reception is staffed during limited hours. I recommend it for a couple who prefers views and proximity over meters.

EXHIBITION
- Facing an internal courtyard, therefore quiet
- Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine in the apartment
- An additional 80 euros for arrival after 8 pm
An apartment with a separate bedroom at 23 Rue de l'Exposition, a quiet alley in the Gros-Caillou district between Rue Cler and Champs-de-Mars. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a washing machine, and the windows face an interior courtyard, so despite its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, you can sleep peacefully. The tower is less than a kilometer away, and the Musée d'Orsay is about two kilometers away. And here's the detail you need to know in advance: arrival after 8 p.m. costs 80 euros, which is not a small amount. I highly recommend arranging a flight that lands in the morning or afternoon, or simply choosing another apartment on the list.

Renovated Studio
- Steps from Champ de Mars and Rue Keller
- Renovated and functional studio for a couple
- Studio for two, without separation between bedroom and living room
A renovated studio near the Champ de Mars, the green pad that stretches from the foot of the Eiffel Tower to the École Militaire. It's a compact and functional base for a couple: everything in one place, no luxuries and no wasted space. The real advantage here is what's outside. The École Militaire metro station on line 8 is minutes away, Rue de la Cler with its shops is right around the corner, and the Eiffel Tower is a short walk away. I've compiled the rest of the area on the page Attractions in the 7th arrondissement. Please note that this is a studio: there is no separation between the sleeping area and the living room, so it is suitable for a couple and not more. I recommend it for those who plan to leave the door in the morning and return only in the evening.

Studio Bourdonnais
- One minute from the Champ de Mars and six minutes from the Eiffel Tower
- Four minutes from Keller Street, five from Ecole Militaire station
- Very touristy location, with visitor traffic throughout the day
The apartment is located on Avenue de La Bourdonnais, the avenue paved in 1770 and named after the French governor Mahe de la Bourdonnais. In terms of location, it's hard to find anything closer: the Champs de Mars is a minute away, the Eiffel Tower is six minutes away, the Invalides are nine, and the Rue de la Cler is four. The Ecole Militaire station on line 8 is five minutes away. The apartment is well designed and laid out, and in the morning you can go out to buy a baguette and come back without crossing a main road. Note that this is one of the tourist areas in Paris, and there is a constant flow of visitors towards the tower almost all day long. I recommend it to first-time visitors who want to open the shutters to the postcard.
Apartments for up to 4 people

Invalides Flat
- Separate bedroom and living room, with washing machine
- Between the Rodin Museum and the Orsay Museum
- Institutional and quiet area, less street life in the evening
Apartment with separate bedroom and living room, including a washing machine, a short walk from the Rodin Museum and the Invalides. This area of the 7th arrondissement is completely different from the area around the Eiffel Tower: wide streets, office and government buildings, and real silence at night. MThe Seine Bridges And the Mekiye is a few minutes' walk away, and from there we continue to the right bank. Note that this quietness comes at a cost: the street life here is sparse in the evening, and those looking for restaurants and bars below the house will have to head towards Saint-Dominique Street or Keller Street. I recommend it for those who come for long days of museums and want to sleep well.

Beatrice and Emmanuel
- Sofa bed and extra bed, comfortable for four
- Walking distance from the Eiffel Tower
- Private furnished apartment, no reception services
A privately owned furnished apartment within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, which is properly arranged for four people: a sofa bed in the living room and an extra bed, so a small family doesn't have to compromise on a mattress on the floor. The design is young and bright, which is noticeable in an area where many apartments still look like grandma's living room (and I say this as someone who actually likes grandma's living rooms). Everything that the 7th arrondissement has to offer is spread out around it: the Champs de Mars, Rue de la Cler, and the river are within walking distance. Please note that this is a private rental and not a residence: there is no reception desk and no hotel services, and everything goes through the hosts. I recommend coordinating your arrival time with them a few days in advance and not on the day itself.

Residence Tour Eiffel
- Large and spacious apartments with a relaxed design
- Close to Champ de Mars and the metro
- There is not always a view of the tower, despite the name
Large and spacious apartments near the Champs de Mars, with a calm and clean design that doesn't try to impress. Those looking for real space within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, and not a twenty-square-meter studio, will find here what is missing from most of this list. Transportation is accessible: line 8 from the École Militaire, and the Champs de Mars Tour Eiffel RER station is nearby, from which you can reach Versailles without changing. To The cruise piers on the Seine A short walk. Note that the name promises more than it always delivers: not every unit has a view of the tower, and it depends on the floor and direction. I recommend asking about this explicitly before booking and not assuming from the name.
Apartments for 5 guests or more

Bellechasse
- 400 meters from the Rodin Museum and 600 from Orsay
- Air-conditioned, with private entrance and full kitchen
- Arrival after eight in the evening costs 30 euros, and after eleven 60
At 57 Rue de Bellechasse, in the heart of the government office district and therefore exceptionally quiet and secure. The apartments are air-conditioned, with a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area, and some are suitable for families. Rodin Museum 400 meters away, Orsay Museum 600 meters, and the Solférino station is a five-minute walk away. And now two details that cost money: arrival between eight and eleven at night costs 30 euros and after eleven it costs 60 euros. In addition, a playpen is provided, but the bedding for it is your responsibility, which is surprising for parents of babies. I recommend it to anyone who comes for the museums of the Left Bank.

Mithouard Apartments
- Air conditioning, elevator, washing machine and children's toys
- 150 meters from the metro, direct line to the Champs Elysees in seven minutes
- There is no luggage storage, and entry after eleven costs 30 euros.
Seven apartments on Place Président-Mithouard, a small, quiet square that most tourists don't visit. The units are air-conditioned, with parquet floors, a washing machine, a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and the building has an elevator. From the bay window you can see the hidden Saint-François church. Two small details that make a difference: a welcome kit with coffee capsules, tea and bottled water, and children's toys provided in the apartment. The metro station on line 13 is 150 meters away and reaches the Champs-Élysées in seven minutes, and the Invalides is 450 meters away. Note that there is no luggage storage on site, and that arrival after 11 pm costs 30 euros. I recommend it for a family with young children looking for a real neighborhood.

Charles Floquet
- Washer and dryer in each unit, a rarity in Paris
- One to four bedroom apartments, with balconies
- Cleaning only once per stay
At 8 Avenue Charles-Floquet, about two hundred meters from the Eiffel Tower, stands a renovated historic building with about nineteen apartments ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. They have balconies, high ceilings and fireplaces, air conditioning and soundproofing, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and each unit has a washing machine and dryer, which is very rare in Paris and changes family life. You can order a breakfast kit with fresh bread, pastries and orange juice, and there are playpens and high chairs for babies free of charge. Bir-Hakeim station is about 450 meters away, and the Champs de Mars Tour Eiffel RER station is nearby. Please note that cleaning is only provided once per stay, and that the price depends on the location. I recommend requesting a unit with a balcony facing the tower. This is the expense to keep in mind.
