These regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but they are intended for both women and men.

The website “Francophiles Anonymous” which runs the Facebook page: “Francophiles Anonymous” announces an activity at the end of which 4 nights in a Parisian apartment will be raffled among the participants (which you can read about inLink this) between August 5-9, 2024.

These regulations are intended to regulate all the rules by which the activity will be conducted. The raffle, which is conducted by the page administrator, is conducted in accordance with the general permit for conducting lotteries for commercial advertising, according to the Penal Law, 5737.

Zvi Hazanov, who manages the Facebook page, may decide at his discretion about the period of activity, participation in the raffle, the beginning of the activity period, and the end of the participation date.

Zvi Hazanov may change the start date of the lottery, the duration of the campaign, add additional raffles or prizes, and make changes at his sole discretion.

Lottery conditions

• The draw will be conducted by the page administrator and the results of the draw will be published on the “Francophiles Anonymous” Facebook page no later than five business days after the draw date. In addition, the page administrator will send a private message to the winner.
• The responsibility for providing the exact details of each participant in the lottery will lie solely with the participant. If the winner of the prize does not contact the “Francophiles Anonymous” page administrator within five days of the date of publication of the results, the page administrator may cancel his/her winnings or transfer them to another person at his/her sole discretion.
• The winner of the lottery must redeem his winnings on the exact dates when the apartment will be available (August 5-9, 2024).
• The lottery results are final and cannot be appealed.
• The winner of the lottery is not permitted to exchange or change the prize in any way.
• If the winner requests to transfer the prize to another person in his place, he will be solely responsible for notifying the page administrator in writing to whom the prize should be given, along with all relevant details, name, email address and telephone number.
• The lottery administrator will not be responsible or liable in any way towards the original winner after, in accordance with his instructions, the prize has been transferred to another person.
• Family members of the page administrator are not permitted to participate in the raffle.
• Participants who do not meet the conditions of the lottery will be disqualified and another winner who met all the conditions of the lottery will be randomly selected in their place.
• Winning a prize includes only the prize as defined in these regulations.
• Any other expenses for the purpose of redeeming the prize, such as travel expenses, expenses due to the winner's special limitations, etc., will apply solely to the winner himself.

Conditions for participation in the lottery

• For the purpose of participating in the lottery, any person over the age of 18 will be considered eligible.
• To participate in the raffle, the participant must meet the following conditions: 1. He must search for the word Paris on Google and enter the Paris page of the Francophiles Anonymous website. 2. He must search for blue berets on the page and send the number of berets he found and his full name to info@francophilesanonymes.com. 3. He must be registered on the mailing list of the “Francophiles Anonymous” website and follow the “Francophiles Anonymous” Instagram and Facebook pages.
• Participation in the activity will be considered the winner's consent to the publication of his/her details, and the winner will have no claim or demand regarding the publication of his/her details, such as first and last name, address, telephone number, and any additional details provided or found on the participant's Facebook profile.
• All intellectual property rights, including trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, content of the activity, designs, video files, text files and any other material are the exclusive property of “Francophiles Anonymous” and are protected by copyright law.
• By participating, the participant expresses his agreement to the rules of the lottery.
• He confirms that he has read the regulations and has undertaken to comply with their instructions.
• Participation in the raffle is the sole responsibility of the participant. The page administrator organizing the raffle will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to the participant as a result of participating in any stage of the activity, winning a prize, or realizing and using the prize.
• The lottery administrator expressly states that errors may occur in the competition, and in any case of participation in the activity, the participant will not have any cause or claim related directly or indirectly to the activity, the management of the activity, the results of the activity, or anything related to it.
• The law applicable to the regulations will be Israeli law and in any case of a claim, the rights to hear any claim will be reserved only to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
